Mr Essien graduated with a B.Eng in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Benin in 1985. After a three year stint as a broadcast engineer, Mr. Essien in 1989 joined an ICT company as a trainee systems engineer dealing with operating system support and networking. Since those early MS-DOS and Netware days, Mr. Essien has worked extensively with IBM’s AIX, Oracle’s Solaris and HP’s HP-UX, and various system management solutions, and is certified in the following areas:

• IBM Tivoli Monitoring
• IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager

Said started his career in 1996 with Oracle Corporation in the UK and has worked extensively on using Oracle tools and software to improve business processes.

He understands that improving business processes can be overwhelming for its owners and that the profitability and growth of a business is dependent upon the quality of the processes that support it.

Said has extensive experience of driving improvements in dedicated business processes.

Sylvester is an experienced IT technical consultant specialising in Citrix Desktop and Application Virtualisation, and is a Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer in Virtualisation (CCEE / CCA-V). He has over 17 years’ experience within the IT Industry, with a solid background in design, implementation, customer facing experience, and support.
